Supporting you

Our home offers active, community-based rehabilitation to those in the early stages of their rehabilitation journey. With therapy-focused rehabilitation at it’s core, our community-based provision ensures we offer those with brain injuries the opportunity to put redeveloped skills into practice in everyday scenarios!

Situated in a thriving community, Cleadon Court offers the perfect setting for active rehabilitation. Focusing on social re-engagement, we employ a functional approach to rehabilitation, empowering the people we support to develop their skills in an organic way, and in everyday scenarios. Feeding into our slow stream rehabilitation model, we aim to transition individuals back into their local community and enhance positive rehabilitation outcomes.
