Byards Keep is a sensitively renovated property offering residential support for eight adults with a learning disability and complex physical needs. As well as this we can also support individuals with autism, Down Syndrome and sensory impairment.

Supporting you

Support at Byards Keep is person-centred with the individual at the centre of the planning process. We provide a safe environment that gives the people we support the opportunity to thrive, develop and lead an enriching life.

Facilities

The building comprises of six en-suite bedrooms and two independent living flats which are adjacent to the main house. The service has a large kitchen, a dining room, a lounge, a conservatory, an activity room and a sensory room.

There is a large car park located to the front of the property and a fully enclosed garden to the rear that is safe and secure.

We have caring staff who treat people with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. We aim to be responsive and organised in meeting our resident’s needs. We offer great care, treatment and support to achieve good outcomes and promote a good quality of life for our residents.

The staff at Byards Keep are trained and experienced who provide a relaxed, homely, yet professional, feel. Our staff are passionate about the support they provide, supporting individuals in a way that is respectful, promotes independence and enables them to realise their own full potential.

We are located in Greylees near to the A17 with Newark-on-Trent to the west and Boston to the east. The A15 is also close by, connecting Sleaford to Lincoln in the north and Peterborough in the south.

Nearby we have a request stop only train station at Rauceby with the mainline train station located in the town of Sleaford itself. If it’s the seaside you’re after, the coastal town of Skegness is only a 60 minute journey away.
