We use person-centred support to provide bespoke care centred around your physical, emotional, and social needs following brain injury.

Focusing on enhancing your abilities and developing new skills, we’ll work with you to set meaningful goals. Through our rehabilitative approach you’re empowered to make choices that are right for you and actively participate in a wide range of activities to help you reach your goals.

Facilities

Our two-storey home is thoughtfully designed to provide a welcoming and accessible environment. It comprises 10 spacious, self-contained flats, each with their own private en-suite facilities. Five of our flats are located on the ground floor and offer direct access to the garden, while the remaining five are situated on the first floor and are fully accessible via a lift.

We have plenty of communal spaces, including a generously sized kitchen and dining area, lounge, activity room, and a garden. So, whatever your interests and hobbies, we have the space for you to embrace them!

Built with accessibility in mind, our home has adapted wet rooms, ceiling tracking hoists, adjustable beds, and adjustable countertops to support comfort and independence.
