At 20 Towngate East, we provide care and support for up to eight individuals with a learning disability, physical disabilities, autism, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, and additional communication and complex care needs.

Our team actively encourage you to pursue your personal hobbies and interests. We enjoy a wide range of activities in the local community. These include bowling, cinema days, zoo trips, picnics, and visiting nearby nature reserves.

All these activities are easy to access with our two minibuses. So, we’ll always ensure you can take part in the fun and exciting things you enjoy!

At home, we warmly welcome visits from family and friends. We regularly host social gatherings and parties – everyone is invited to join in!

Facilities

20 Towngate East is located in the heart of Market Deeping. Split into a main house and an annex at the rear of the home, we have eight bedrooms, all with adjustable beds.

The ground floor is open-plan and fully wheelchair accessible, making it ideal for those with additional mobility needs. We even have a lift providing easy access to the first floor! Our spacious dining area is bright and airy, with large windows that overlook our expansive garden. The lounge is connected to an open-plan kitchen, creating plenty of room for socialising with housemates!

The ground floor has a shared bathroom, equipped with a high-low bath and a ceiling tracking hoist. We also have an additional wet room on the first floor.

Located in a growing town, there are lots of essential local amenities close by, including pubs, cafés, and shops. There’s also a leisure centre with a range of facilities, as well as several gyms – great for maintaining a healthy lifestyle!

During the summer months, the town hosts outdoor concerts and band days, providing you with great opportunities to connect with members of the local community.

The town is also home to a nearby health centre, where our support team maintain excellent relationships with the local doctors and district nurses. So, your health needs will be met!

Market Deeping is well-connected via public transport links, with bus stops offering routes to nearby towns like Peterborough, Bourne, and Stamford.

We also use person-centred support, which means you’ll be at the heart of making decisions about your care. We’re dedicated to providing high quality care and support, and foster strong, trusting relationships with your wider support circle. Together, we’ll provide wrap around support, so you can live the life you choose.

We offer 24-hour support, with a waking night team member on duty every night, alongside another team member who completes a sleep-in shift.
