We’re extremely passionate about providing safe and efficient nurse-led care. We make it our priority to ensure our healthcare assistants are highly trained in a variety of specialist complex care skills.

Our staff receive ongoing training in a range of clinical and nurse-led practices. This care is normally delivered in high dependency hospital settings.

5 NMC registered clinical nurse educators deliver specialist care training to all staff.

Training is delivered by clinical educators, and care is overseen by clinical nurse managers, experienced registered nurses.

Our training model allows our health care assistants to perform care and support tasks via delegated nursing.

This means they can deliver specialist competencies under the guidance of a registered nurse.

This clinical expertise, coupled with an extensive training programme, means you can be sure your child receives the best possible care while at home.
