Personalised support

From the moment they’re born, your child develops their own unique personality. As they grow, they establish their own likes, dislikes, preferences, and values. Through our personalised support, we promote this individuality and freedom of choice.

Focusing on abilities, strengths, and skills, we encourage every
child and young person we support to dream big and achieve
their goals.

With our person-centred approach, we put your child or young person at the heart of their support, empowering them to make decisions, so they experience the world in the way they choose. And because we understand you know your child best; we actively involve you too. Together, we work collaboratively to create a care and support plan, called ‘All About Me’ booklets, designed to help your child or young person thrive.

Providing wrap around support, we take time to understand their complex care needs, as well as:

  • How they like to be supported.
  • Their interests and hobbies.
  • The goals they want to achieve.
  • Your family dynamics and relationships.
  • Anything else that’s important to you and your child.

Children and young people grow up quickly. We understand that their care and support needs naturally evolve over time. That’s why we regularly review and update your child or young person’s support plan, ensuring it’s always suited to their current needs.

And if things crop up in your family, we remain flexible around your needs while prioritising the health, happiness and safety of your child or young person.
