Unlocking recovery and positive outcomes through neurobehavioural rehabilitation
This year, we’ll be presenting a special seminar at the Neuro Rehab event at NEC Birmingham on Wednesday 25th March.
Delivered by Amlan Basu, Chief Operating Officer, and Peter Kemp, Operations Manager, our session will explore the increasing demand for specialist neurobehavioural support and how structured environments and therapeutic pathways can break down those barriers and build bridges on the road to recovery.
With examples of lived experience, we’ll demonstrate how the right support can empower individuals to reclaim their lives after brain injury, achieve greater independence, and become active, vibrant members of their communities.
Life after an acquired brain injury can be complex and challenging. Alongside physical changes and mental health challenges, someone may experience differences in their personality and behaviour.
Behaviour is a method of communication and differences may arise for many reasons following a brain injury. Past trauma, mental health challenges, and biological changes in the brain can all impact someone’s behaviour. Often, if behaviour isn’t treated with specialist support, individuals can face big barriers on their road to recovery, social safety, and long-term independence.
If you can’t make our seminar, you can fill out our quick and easy form below to receive the slides after the event.
