About our home
Our purpose‑built residential home is designed to support and enhance the rehabilitation pathway. Spread across two floors, we benefit from:
- Six en‑suite bedrooms
- Four transitional flats
- Dedicated therapy wing with gym
Our unique home blends residential care with transitional support in the heart of a friendly, supportive community. Ensuring consistent and safe wraparound support, we help individuals make meaningful, sustainable progress and achieve positive outcomes.
