At Voyage Care, we provide specialist care and support for adults with brain injuries in our 19 rehabilitation services across the UK, as well as in the community. We work with you to create a holistic and individually tailored rehabilitation support pathway, designed around your specific needs and goals.

Our specialist teams are here to support you through every step of your rehabilitation journey. Focusing on improving quality of life, we work with multi-disciplinary teams to rehabilitate and provide ongoing care and support for people with brain injuries and associated complex needs.

Many of the people we support with brain injuries also have additional personal or complex clinical needs. Part of our rehabilitation support includes helping you to manage these needs through detailed support plans.
We also have a team of trained nurses that support our services in managing these complex needs and clinical tasks. Our expertly trained nurses can provide support for complex needs including:
- Epilepsy
- Diabetes
- Substance misuse
- Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG)
- Emergency rescue medication
- Mental health conditions
