Visits can only be made at pre-arranged, staggered times which are jointly agreed in advance. This arrangement is necessary to ensure we reduce the number of people visiting at any one time, especially in the garden area, to protect the people we support and the staff team. Before agreeing to visits our managers will complete risk assessments to establish the visit is safe to arrange.

Prior to each visit to see your loved one we must ask that all visitors have read and agreed to:

  • COVID-19 Guidance – Outdoor Visiting Protocol
  • COVID-19 Guidance – Personal Protective Equipment – PPE for Visitors to the Care Home
  • COVID-19 Guidance – Visiting Proforma

Please note that, unfortunately, you will not be able to use indoor facilities, e.g. bathrooms, kitchens, during your visit so please bear this in mind prior to visiting.

The protocols we have established for visits are in line with Care Provider Alliance Visitors’ Protocol which is supported by CQC in England.   If you have any questions about visiting arrangements, please speak to the Manager.
