About me
I have worked in Health and Social Care for over 34 years, first as a nurse working mainly in acute care settings and then in the community in various roles both private and NHS.
I really enjoy my job and feel privileged to be supporting people to lead fulfilling lives.
I help support three nursing services and four residential homes all based in the North of Hampshire and Surrey. My next venture is supported living on the Isle of Wight!
I have a great team of managers and staff who have learnt to tell me things straight – no fudging. I like data and processes so you need to have all your facts straight before presenting something to me.
If anyone wants to get on my good side – coffee and ginger nut biscuits usually works!

About me
I have worked within Health & Social Care since 2002, following 7 years working within the National Offender Management Service.
I am married and have two sons who I'm extremely proud of. I also have one granddaughter, Hallie, who is 7 years old and delightful!
I have worked as Operations Manager for 4 years and I am enormously proud of the staff across my portfolio. They are warm, friendly and extremely supportive and caring to the people living in the services.
My advice to staff is to make sure that we listen to the people who live in our services, invest time to ensure that we enable individuals to live fulfilled lives, in their own, quality home and to meet their aspirations and desires.

About me
I have worked in the care industry for over 14 years. I started as a support worker with no care experience and have worked in multiple roles throughout my career ranging from support worker to Operations Manager. I have managed a number of services that have supported adults with learning disabilities and additional health needs such as epilepsy, sight impairment and physical disabilities.
The small triumphs that provide great satisfaction are what has kept my love for the job alive. I love working with people and leading a team who share my passion for the job and motivation to achieve positive outcomes for people we support in our services.

About me
I am fair and encourage people to develop and take responsibility. I like to work with a strong team and expect people to be honest and respectful, and tell me when they are struggling as this can always be resolved quickly - communication is key.
I support the team closely whilst still enabling them to work independently, leading to high morale. I work to improve the lives of the people we support by ensuring that they go one step further in their lives.
I have a good sense of humour and am a positive person. I like new ideas, and coming up with new ways of doing things. I do not like negativity or the process of stacking problems when they can be addressed separately and resolved. I encourage new ideas and problem solving from my team.

About me
I have worked in the social care sector for 18 years, nine of them specialising in the provision of services for people with a learning disability.
Prior to that my background has been very varied from working in the Benefits Agency headquarters, to presenting political asylum cases in court for the Home Office. Working for a housing association as their supported housing manager provided my route into a more direct care and support role.
I came to Voyage care in 2012 as part of the amalgamation of the Solor Care Group. Originally I oversaw a combination of small residential services and a few supported living services, however, since the recent change in shape of our supported living services to the Metro structure I now lead the South region with all things Metro, with 26 Supported living services across Hampshire and Dorset. In addition I also oversee 2 residential homes in Dorset, one of which is an autism Specialist and complex needs service working towards accreditation with the National Autistic society.
I am married with 2 grown up children and have the great pleasure of living on the edge of the New Forest in Hampshire where I enjoy being outdoors either running or walking the dog.
