Our tenancies are suitable for people with learning disabilities, brain injuries and mental health needs and are available either for two people to share or as a single tenancy for individuals with high support needs.
We can provide specialist individual care and support as well as housing related support. We can facilitate meetings with the landlord to support you to arrange your tenancy if necessary.
Our aim is to support people to develop independent skills in all aspects of their daily living and access the community in which they live. We will support each individual in a way that best meets their needs.
We will engage in person-centred staff selection to maximise compatibility and ensure that the staff receive training that is specific to the needs of the person they support.
We work closely with other professionals including psychologists, behaviour therapists, community nurses, occupational therapists and other health professionals.
