Fitton Street is a Supported Living Service with a range of purpose built properties designed specifically for people who have a brain injury and have been supported with their rehabilitation needs and have transitioned into a more independent living environment.
Fitton street offers individuals the opportunity to be supported in their own home environment, where their individual support needs can be met as well as active encouragement to be as independent as possible. Support is tailored to meet all individual needs as well as community access and integration; enabling the people we support to lead a fulfilled life.
Fitton Street Supported Living Services are located in Nuneaton, Warwickshire and are a 10 minute walk to the local town and shopping centre.
Fitton Street supported Living offers purpose built properties where people we support can live in their own homes independently or in shared accommodation with others. All of the Services are wheelchair accessible, have adaptations to meet the individual needs of the people we support and are individually decorated to create a homely environment of their choice.
Our staff are all specially trained to understand the complexity of an acquired brain injury and ensure appropriate, person centred support is provided for each individual to meet their needs. Staff also receive specialist training to support with other needs, including; mental health, behavioural support, Diabetes, Epilepsy and other health conditions.
Our staff are dedicated to supporting the people we support to lead as independent and fulfilled life as possible, recognising individuals goals and ambitions and using their skills to help achieve these.
