Tonia is a seasoned professional with an impressive 38-year career in Health and Social Care, predominantly in a management capacity. With a diverse background encompassing Domiciliary Home Care, Elderly Care, and Mental Health Services, Tonia has spent seven years as an Operations Manager at Voyage Care. In this role, she managed portfolios across the Central Midlands before transitioning to her current position as an Occupancy Manager for the Midlands and Wales regions.

Throughout her career, Tonia has been an advocate for dignity in care, implementing the 'Dignity Do's' within home environments and colleague groups. Tonia's dedication has earned her the Regional Operations Manager of the Year Award twice at our annual Voyage Excellence Awards.
