Peter Kemp

Peter has worked in the Health and Social Care sector for over 12 years. This has included roles as a healthcare assistant and support worker, in a range of settings including, young physically disabled nursing, mental health, forensic mental health and learning disabilities. Peter has since moved into more senior positions including his current role as a Registered ISS Manager.

Over the course of his career, Peter has also spent time in the British Army (R) within the Queens Alexandra Royal Army Nursing Corps and a short period of time working directly with offenders within HM Prison and probation service.

As a Care Quality Commission (CQC) Registered Manager, Peter has a keen eye for detail and is focused on best practice, person centred approaches and Quality Compliance within his service.

Peter and his team at The Rivers have been nominated for numerous Voyage Excellence Awards, including Regional Care home team of the Year in 2021. Peter was also highly commended for Regional Care home Manager of the year 2022 (Central West).
