Pearline Belfon

Before joining Voyage Care in 2023, Pearline worked in various settings in the social care sector for over 25 years, gaining skills and knowledge in managing people, and supporting people we support and their families.
Working within the care sector is Pearline's passion, she is passionate about delivering quality care to the people we support support and adopts an open door policy for her team, she loves to encourage her team to share/listen and learn from each other. Currently, Pearline is studying for her NVQ Level 5, completing her training through Voyage Care.
Her favourite part of working in care is "supporting the people we support to live the life they choose, assisting them in areas they are unable to achieve on their own, to live a fulfilled life."
