National care and support provider for people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex care needs, Voyage Care, have appointed Eileen Lock as Managing Director for their paediatric healthcare service, Focused Healthcare.

Voyage Care acquired Focused Healthcare two years ago to extend their provision of specialist and complex, nursing-led care for children who have life limiting conditions into London and the surrounding boroughs.

Eileen started her career as a nurse, working in both the NHS and private sector as well as for charitable and not-for-profit organisations. Her work saw her spend three years in Abu Dhabi setting up a new clinic. She has vast experience of working with adults and children with complex conditions, including brain and spinal injuries.

Jayne Davey, Voyage Care COO, said, “We are delighted to welcome Eileen to the Voyage Care family; it is a very exciting time for Focused Healthcare as we look to further enhance the clinically complex care the team provides to children and their families.”

Eileen said, “I am really excited to be working with such a passionate team of people who have a clear purpose: to improve the lives of the people we support and help them achieve their personal goals. My focus for the next few months will be to really get to know the company and the staff.”
