Focused Healthcare

Focused Healthcare, part of the Voyage Care group, believe in making a difference.

We are committed to developing positive lifestyles for vulnerable children and young people with life limiting, life threatening illnesses, learning disabilities, difficulties and challenging behaviour.

Our focus is firmly on delivering outstanding care services to families, enabling them to lead an enriched and fulfilled life. Our team also have a long standing experience within the NHS and social services, supporting families that require specialist paediatric community care.

The overarching aim of our service is to provide high quality, responsive, flexible support, care and/or treatment that are designed to meet individual assessed needs. We also work with you and your family to support your personal aspirations. This supports our commitment to the philosophy of ‘every child matters’ and the five outcomes for children: be healthy, stay safe, enjoy and achieve, make a positive contribution, achieve economic well being.
