Supported Living and Outreach
Voyage Care provide specialist care and support to people at home and in the wider community, whether they live in their own home or with family. We support each person to do the things that are important to them and achieve their own goals. These may include looking after their home, taking part in leisure activities, going shopping, going to college or work, personal care and going for day trips or on holiday. We can also support individuals to access benefits and create a budget.
We work with a number of local landlords who we can put individuals in touch with if they are looking for somewhere to live. We have also supported groups of tenants to live together in their own home.
“My daughter has been living in a shared house supported by Voyage Care staff for nine years. The pastoral care really is first class and all the team go the extra mile to provide a varied and enjoyable programme for the housemates, who have enjoyed many trips and holidays tailored to their needs. Most of all I never once doubted in nine years that my daughter is well cared for, which is something beyond value.”
