Our brand new residential care home in Nottingham!

Ruddington View is a new development that has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the people that will live there, whether that is for a few nights or for longer. Ruddington View benefits from a support pathway which will deliver intense support during difficult times through to self-contained accommodation to enable people to learn and enhance living skills. This pathway means as a staff member you will deliver a variety of support to meet the needs of others and be part of their journey. We want the people we support to feel safe in their home and have others around to encourage them to become part of the wider community and work towards more independence.

We already have a number of very successful services in Nottingham having built strong relationships with local councils and are very active in the local community and surrounding areas.

Why work at Ruddington View?

A number of new support jobs are now available as we build a brand new dedicated staff team over the next few weeks for Ruddington View.

We are committed to providing fantastic care and companionship to the people we support as well as making it a great place to work. As a new team, you and your colleagues will all receive a tailored, comprehensive two week induction programme to help you to build a care home to be proud of.

As well an increased hourly pay rate plus, all permanent employees receive the following range of great benefits:

  • High street shopping rewards scheme
  • V-Assure – confidential support services
  • Smart Fit – discounted gym membership
  • Long service award
  • Cycle to work scheme
  • Childcare vouchers
  • Pension scheme
  • Life assurance

You will be welcomed in to the Voyage Care team and given full support and guidance throughout your career. Immediate interviews and start dates are available and we are proud to offer a number of flexible contract options including temporary, bank and permanent. We understand the importance of achieving that work: life balance.

What next?

We are looking for dedicated staff to support and manage the people we will be living at Ruddington View. At Voyage Care homes the residents are empowered and encouraged to be an active participant in the local community and make decisions about their life.
