We’re making changes to the way we organise the support we offer people in the community. Our new community based support model won’t change the support we offer to people, but it will make it easier for us to schedule support and maintain our high quality standards.
The new community based support model is already live in Berkshire, Wiltshire and Hampshire and our team will launch the model in the North East at the start of October. The new way of working mainly affects the way we organise and manage our support services. We’re introducing a new computer system which will help to streamline the way we do things. The systems are already up and running in other areas of the country with excellent results.
