Our autism specialism is already making a difference

Our enhanced autism specialism, launched in October, is already making a real difference to the people we support by inspiring our teams to use new tools and adopt innovative approaches to their care:

Our team at Derwent Cottage has significantly improved Paula's quality of life, using sensory activities and objects of reference to find new ways for her to communicate.

At our West Bromwich home, which is working towards Autism Accreditation from the National Autistic Society, Simon's parents are 'over the moon' with the changes in their son after his team introduced new procedures to support him to take part in more activities he enjoys.
