Supporting you

Our aim is for the people we support to be able to accomplish anything they set their minds to. We believe it is important to listen to what they want and support them to make decisions for themselves.

Facilities

Our home is a five-bedroom home with a shared lounge, dining room, kitchen and conservatory. The home has a large garden where the people who live here enjoy spending time.

Four of the bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs, with each person’s bedroom decorated to their own taste. The downstairs bedroom has ensuite facilities and the other rooms share two communal bathrooms upstairs, both with baths and showers.

The team

All staff receive training tailored to the needs of the people they support. Staff are asked for their opinions on training regularly through supervisions and are able to request additional training they feel will help them to do their job.

All staff are encouraged to share their strengths and work as a team, which has positive results for both the staff and the people they support
