The process

  1. Understand your needs
    Our enquiry team will take some brief information so they can match you to one of our local experts. They will discuss your care and support options. If you are looking for a residential placement, we’ll organise a viewing of our suitable properties.
  2. Assessment and funding
    Our local teams will visit you as required to complete a full assessment of your needs. They will also help you obtain any funding you are eligible for to support your placement.
